I'm testing a script at this moment please be patient for half an hour. I already managed to delete the portal.
Tested it on a local machine and just used it on the producion machine.... It seems to work.
I will run another test..
Backup your database......

Deleting an inaccessible portal
!!!Be careful this worked for me but I didn't test extensively,
make a backup of you database before trying.
Don't complain if you end up with a "dead" installation....(restore the DB and try something else.)
Only try this if there is no other way to delete the portal!

Login as Host - Choose: Host > SQL

First run this script to check the PortalId of the portal you want to delete (if you don't already know):
(Copy it in the textbox and click execute)
SELECT PortalId, PortalName FROM Portals

Clear the SQL box

Then run these and replace the x with the PortalId of the portal you want to delete:

DELETE FROM PortalDesktopModules WHERE PortalID = x
DELETE FROM Modules WHERE PortalID = x
DELETE FROM Skins WHERE PortalID = x
DELETE FROM Portals WHERE PortalID = x

(I copied them all to the SQL box and ran them all at once)

You can also remove some folders (FTP)
1. the /Portals/X folder
2.For a childportal there's a folder with it's name in the root DNN
