Hi,

During a mistake I had to re-install DNN 4.3.6. and restore the database.
The old username and pasword does not work.
Must I use the default username and password ?, If so, does anybody know this ?
Where can I find the username and password.

Many thanks, Ton Hermes

Hi,

Did you create backup before reinstall? Try this: from old web.config file copy machineKey settings and paste it to new web.config.

It did not work.
I think during installation the userid and password are replaced with the default userid and password.
These default setting you can read when you have a brandnew installation.
it is something like
"host" and "dnnhost".
Is somebody know what these default values are ?

Thanks, Ton Hermes
