until the new more stable forums are released by crispy, I'm using the forums from presstopia.com (free version).  I posted a migration script that will migrate posts from dnn forums to presstopia.  when the new version of the dnn forums comes out, i'm sure i'll write a script that goes the other way.

I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF THESE SCRIPTS.  IF YOU DON'T KNOW SQL, DON'T USE THIS SCRIPT.  YOU HAVE TO CHANGE SOME THINGS TO MAKE IT WORK AND YOU COULD DO SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR PORTAL IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!

(got your attention?) :)

Thanks so much Frank, I'm going to do the exact same thing you've done and for the same reasons :).
