Do you have the radio buttons showing above the basic text box to select either the basic text box or the rich text editor?

No I do not have them at the top. I have the buttons at the bottom, Text, HTML, Raw is all I have.

It seems to me that you have lost the ability to select the mode of the text editor. In the texteditor.vb file ChooseMode is supposed to default to true. I have looked around the host settings, site settings, web.config and cannot find anyplace where this could be changed.

Perhaps somebody else has run into this before and can shed some light on this. Sorry I can't help you out with this.

Where would I find the texteditor.vb file in the directory?

It is part of the library in the controls directory. If you have the source, unzip it and look in the library folder.

Ok, Ok, this is really getting weard now. While log in as a HOST, I went to "File Manage" and clicked on "Synchronize Files", and this gave me in the Host and Admin modes the "Basic Text Box/Rich Text Editor" buttons at the top. When I click on the Rich Text Editor button, I get the correct menu. But logged in as a User, I still have only the basic text box.

Now, is this giving anyone any idea?
