Hello all!

Mainly, my project is an online game where the players gain points when completing puzzles and trade those points between players. The points will be part of a ladder and the winners obtains a gift.

Puzzles are incremental, so, for example, you cannot start Puzzle#2 if you did not complete Puzzle#1.

For that, I thought of using the user security roles by adding puzzle1, puzzle2, puzzle3... changing the user's role automatically when he completes a puzzle.

For the players' gaming points, I thought of adding a table called "points" where I could track each players points as well as some logging (player#3 transfered 15 points to player#7)

I'd like to know what you think about the security issues of this, the speed but mainly the design structure of my idea. Is there a better way to implement this or my way is okay/fine. Finally, I'm a self thought asp coder, I'd like to know what level of difficulty I'm looking up here to implement all of this?

Thanks in advance for every idea, comment, suggestions, rants, complains, etc. :)

Vincent
