Ok, I have looked at it. But it seems to have problem between the new DNN 4.4.0 and Blaster, isn't it ?
And is it compatible with Apollo PageLocalisation module ?? Because my portal is in 2 langages...

Your best option is to create an account on www.snapsis.com and ask questions about in John's forum. AFAIK PageBlaster is the best of both worlds. DNN 4.4.0 and Pageblaster 2.1.0 and 2.5.0 work just fine togethers.

hmm.. afaik any url rewriter utility is compatible with any form of tab localization, as long as you keep in mind that you put a language parameter in the url somewhere... remember.. all that is needed for PageLocalization to work is a correct culture setting for the page. That is something the core takes care of

Excuse me Erik, I do not understand what you mean with "you put a langage parameter in the url somewhere" ? (maybe because the module PageLocalisation is not working for me right now, I have purchased it and posted on your forum yesterday for this - maybe a problem linked to DNN 4.4.0 or something else ?).
What is a "culture setting" ?

Otherwise, I have given a "personnal" solution at the beginning of this thread, but had no feedback. Why, is it a very bad solution (to hide a page and use the menu as a "link menu" ? Or is it better to use existing module ?) In this case, I am also investigating others modules like:  Hrefexchanger and Friendlyurls from Ventrian. Anyone has already tested and have feedback on this ?

One of my main concern, is always this pagelocalisation and possibility to have dual langage on it. I am afraid that if I have two menu which have the same name, it creates a problem with such urlrewriter.

dnn needs some way to know what language to show a page in. If you don't pass a language parameter in the url, dnn selects the language like this: if the user is anonymous, use the user's preferred language (as set in the user's browser). If user's prefferred language is not available, use the portal default language, if the user is not anonymous, use the user's preferred language as defined in the user's profile.

All this can be overriden by putting a language parameter in the url, ie: www.domain.com/dnn.aspx?language=de-DE, or even www.domain.com/language/de-DE/dnn.aspx. I'm not sure if the latter will work with any of the url rewriter tools, i have no experience with that. Once again, this has nothing to do with any of my modules, but is a built-in behaviour of DNN

I have used hrefexchanger and it works okay for a small number of pages - and of course all the pages have to have different names (thats how it finds the pages)
