Thanks Guys. Do you think it could be related to this minor error I got when upgrading to 4.4.0 from 4.3.7?

Sorry I wasted your time guys. I gave Network Service full access on the /bin folder and it made no diffference, but then I gave the same access to the DotnetNuke folder and everything is fine now!

Thanks for your help - I really love working wth DNN because of this community support!
