I got the Forum Quick Fix from the thread link you posted and tried the fixed DotNetNuke.Modules.Forum.dll in my bin folder, I went to site and got error in server / application. The site is not accessible.

So I put the old dll back. Anything else I should do to fix the forum? Still no joy.

You should fix in the code (just one line of code in "ForumUserController.vb") and recompile the module (see http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsProjects/tabid/795/forumid/8/threadid/9623/scope/posts/Default.aspx). I did this and it worked. Thank pgdt !

I have done the quick fix for the forum and it worked. Now I am having issue with attachments getting readded to posts. How to stop this? I worry that users will have a problem with this.

I have upgraded to DNN 3.2.1 and the forums seem to be working now.  I have not extensively tested them yet but will be throughout the day.  Too bad the darn secure / nonsecure popup window still happens.  I will start another post on that one though.

Is this a typo, or am I missing something? The topic mentions version 3.10.14, but the newest I see for download is 3.10.04.
