We just hired a new employee that needs admin rights. For some reason, even though he has be assigned the same administrative role as his counterpart, he cannot see the "change password" links on his OWN profile, but can see this option on all the other users. Why can't he see these options on his own profile?

I expect him to see this in bottom left-hand corner:

But, he only sees this with no way to change password:

Also, when he clicks the elipse (...) he should see this:

I know he has admin rights because with every other use he can edit, change, delete, etc.

We are running DNN 9.1.1 and this is the first admin I've added since we upgraded to this version. This was not an issue in prior versions of DNN (his counterpart has the exact same role assigned and does not have this issue.)
