We recently upgraded one of our DNN CE installations to v7.3.4 and now can't add any further portals to the installation. The add new site form submits but redirects to a 404 page. After investigating further it appears that the xx-System folder is being created but the standard root folder is not being created. The site id and title appear in the site management window but the site aliases column is blank.

Has anyone else experienced this?
