I've got a custom module installed that I need on every page but when I check "Display module on all pages" it only adds it to about 10 or so pages but there are about 100 pages it should be added to.

I've tried to uncheck that option, then delete the module, then remove it from the recycle bin, then place the module again, then check the option for all pages but still the same results.
