I deleted an unused portal this morning, but the deletion failed - however, since then, on any other Portal - if I attempt to add a module of any kind, an instance of host Extensions gets added instead of the module I asked for.

I tried copying existing modules, and this seems throws no error - ie seems to complete - but has no effect on the page.

Does anyone have any suggestions, as it is only a matter of time until the inability to add modules prevents me satisfying user requirements!
