Display Module On All Pages not working when moved into new server?

'Display in all pages' doesn't work when moving or packaging into new server.ie.Once moved, module became individual module of individual page, mater page changes is not affteing in remaining pages.

What cause is this?how to avoid adding again to all pages one by one of a master module.
