After upgrading to 9.01.01 (129) the Persona Bar under Site Settings/Site Info and Site Behavior to not populate, show blank, and I receive "There was an error retrieving your content. Please check your internet connection."

This is a development site that initially started at version 7.0.4, then upgraded to 8.0.4, then to 9.1.1.

Please not that the initial installation was left at all defaults, then upgraded and each time left everything at default...basically out of the box, nothing changed.

Upgrade showed no errors.

I have since modified the web.config file, DNNFriendlyURL... to "advanced" but there was no change in behavior.

I have also cleared my local cache.
