I just upgraded to DNN 9 and I'm having problems with the Persona bar. If I click the edit button, the bar that allows modules to be added to a page does not come up.

I have tried all the skins that I have, including those that were added in version 9. I have tried in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge.

Any suggestions on how to add modules?

Is there a way to turn of Persona and get back the Control Panel?

Any help would be much appreciated.
