We're having all sorts of issues with the persona bar and the bottom edit menus. Getting the following javascript error: Uncaught TypeError: Unable to process binding "foreach: function (){return leftMenus }"

Message: Unable to process binding "html: function (){return $root.renderMenu($data) }"

Message: Cannot read property 'Add Module' of undefined

This is happening on a live server and on my local machine. If I restart the application, the error will go away for a short time, but comes back.
