So I am very new to using DNN and have been tasked with updating some PDF's on our site to include title tags.

I have replaced all the necessary files in the file manager and hit refresh. However, when I go to the pdf link the file I download is still the original with no title tags.

What needs to be done so that the files will actually update throughout the site?
