Evoq asset management

Manage your site's assets, including those stored in third party repositories.

Business users often store images, videos, and documents on cloud-based storage systems. Searching multiple repositories with different interfaces is confusing and a big time-waster.

Evoq integrates with major cloud-based storage systems and centralizes access to all your digital content, wherever it lives.

Workflow for Assets

Workflow can be configured in Asset Manager. Requests for adding or deleting an asset can be sent to a reviewer to approve. In addition, users can subscribe to updates on an asset, and receive a notification any time it changes.

Evoq is the central location for managing your assets, whether they're stored locally or in a remote repository.
