This is what i'm doing:

- Prepare a short piece of html which shows the flash object (tipically a video), and put wherever you want; the video can be of any type, and placed on your server or on youtobe or whatever; the rest of the html have to be completely clean

- Add a new normal post

- Insert your text if you need

- Open hrml label under your text editor

- Use the iFrame tag to "embed" the html page in your post; do some test with "width" and "lenght" parameters and more

Publish & see!!!
