Well

Looks good

I am going to try it out this weekend.

Is the TopTabsRY flyout on mouseover or is it click to go to the tab to see the child?

I could not tell from the image.

JC, the support from House of Nuke is not very good at the moment, the site has been moved (and quite empty)and there is no reply on Emails.

It's a good menu though, (almost) the only one I use.

Normally it should never ask you for the HouseMenuSkinObject.ascx.vb  file, I can imagine you will go with John's menu (his support is really good).

If you are going to have another on try Housemenu later, I would remove the menu and reinstall it.

(by the way, I use 1.03, not the beta version)

Hi Salar,

The TopTabsRY sample shows the child tabs for each parent only after clicking on the parent tab to make it active.
The parent tabs and the child navigation are actually two instances of the menu.

I do have it on my list to do a horizontal layout child menu that works like you describe though.

I have actually been able to make it work by only tweaking the Horizontal Hover menu slightly so that the child menu displays it's items horizontally.
But I still have an issue where it only displays the children directly under the parent, and it needs to display all children from a fixed position on the left, or even better would be if it centered the child nav under the parent item.

I'm thinking I need to create another option that will allow the two menu's (parent and child) to be seperate instances and allow the parent's mouseover to be bound to the child instance.  This would also allow for some nice image-html mouseover type navigation.

Hi JC,

If you are interested in buying a menu module then you may want to have a look at the Snapsis CSS NavMenu.

Nice!

That would be good.

I think at some point in the past either Telerik or Components Art had this. But then they are expensive. I have always admired the guys at Project Seven . They make excillent menu for static sites their implementation is via a clever JS file and CSS.
