I'm on 4.6.2 now; that was on 4.5.5. the error comes and goes... usually in bursts. hopefully Sebatstian will be able to fix that one up.

Ok, I had the same error and I found a solution for me. Maybe it will help you also.

On Some day i move my DNN-Folder from c:\inetpub\dotnetnuke to d:\dotnetnuke. I don't know if this was the time i got the error for the first time. How ever...

After many trial and error I move the Folder to d:\intepub\dotnetnuke. And what did you think? The error is gone!

Bad news... Just upgrade to 4.7.0 and still broke. Any idea what relaese is going to fix this issue?

This error relates to this issue in Gemini, which was partially fixed by Charles. The fix reduced the number of times the error occured, but not fully.
