I thank anyone that can answer this time, and takes the time to do so. I searched all over the place, here, and SnowCovered for trying to find a nicely laid out (appearance) Calendar and Events module to purchase. We have a church site, and need a nice calendar that really fits our appearance, meaning its layout will work and seemless integrate into our site.

I tried the built in one, and it lacks some features. I guess what I am asking is for a script / module that is the best feature packed one for the money that is not overwhelming to learn. I am computer savy, and can run about anything. I am setting this is up for some volunteers at church that an added/edit/delete events and recurring events that would show and be browsable in a nice clean apperance.

Once again, thank you profusely for anyone that can suggest one, the built in one to DNN just wont take on the appearance of the skin and is a little frustrating to look at when you press on an event day, its rather plain and not well laid out.

Help someone please.

Sincerely.

I am also creating an site for an church and having the same problem. I have purchased one calendar from snowcovered but it was basically the same as the one that comes with dotnetnuke. I got tired of looking and trying different ones out find they are basically the same as the normal events calendar. So i am in process of writing my own.

Hi, you may be interested to know that the next version of the Smart-Thinker Events module has a templated layout, which means you can use HTML and Tokens to display the detail page exactly how you like (the default looks like the current version). It also has the "Invite to Event" functionality for the user profile.
