Don't fix the problem

Now, when I try to create a new user with control panel...

With English not problem! why? :S

There is a known bug.  I here that will be fixed in the next release.

Please check in the Administrators Portalsettings at the edvanced Settings the standard language?  What are the settings here?  If englisch you have to do change to spain too.  The only other way is to set back to the english languagage in the Portal, and the culure in the web.config.  And wait to the next version.  So you can run the english language at standrad and the spain as second languaguage.

By my Portal, what using the german language, the changes to the portals standrad language and the culture to german have fix this problem.
