The FCK Editor is its own open source Project outside of DotNetNuke.  DotNetNuke only have a FCK-Provider to inwork the FCK-Editor.  So about the FCK-Editor by self there is nothing to do from the DotNetNuke Project.

Then maybe there should be another core project formed to create our own editor. FCK is a javascript project.  We could either fork off that code and create a new codebase, or do a rewrite in silverlight 2.0. If there is a major chunk within DNN that we can not control, then we should embrace, fork, and extend!
