Alan,

Just installed DotNetNuke 4.3.4 upgrading DNN 3.2 and that old timezone bug has bitten again for me also. The events module was working just fine, then after the upgrade any event that is 6pm or later is shown the next day, just like before. Just tested by adding a new event for 7pm for today 8/17 and the event shows up on 8/18 I am in the central time zone (-360).

Hi Jerry,

I just tried what you did and its OK for me  (I'm in GMT + 11).

Were you logged in as an admin users? If so, have you checked that the Superuser account timezones are set OK?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I checked every time zone I can find as I have went through this before. However, I did find a fix. I created a new superuser account and when logged into the new superuser account then the events and time zones work ok. So don't know what the difference is, they both (the old and the new) have the same time zone settings. At least it is working for me now.

hi u guys,

honestly, u all said so many things, that I became lost...
can some of u, write a brief summary about time zones on events module?
I dont know whats the latest version (I just downloaded the entire
source code from the events module in downloads section) and
what steps I should do and the order to do that...
I would really appreciate if somebody could do it for all newbies...
