Helpful comments appreciated.

Any further issues/issues I have missed please log seperately.

Alex, if you add a blank after pasting an URL, it will be converted into a hyperlink, thank you.

Sebastian log that as a bug  :)

If I told my manager I wanted to release the day before or on a holiday..  he'd laugh me out the door.  This is why..  support.   The 26th is not a holiday by the way.

I had beta access at one point last year..  however that is gone.  I take that as meaning my input/review is not needed.   I waited for the release.

I should word it better and would if it were modules not working or I don't know what I'm doing.  However, when a basic upgrade with nothing else on the site does not work...  somebody should be yelling.   There is no accountability as usual.  Is SBW going to talk to himself?  Fire a volunteer?

Brian,

Out of curiosity, the sites that failed to upgrade, were they previous 4.9.0 sites?  Or had then been upgraded from previous versions?

I had the same problem with the portalalias as well - and it is missing the editportalias.ascx as well...

Its not in the source or upgrade files.

The rest I created a directory anc copied over what was needed from the Desktop~\admin\portals folder into a self created portalalis directory.  The package manifest is what I used to figure out what needed to be where...

All of the images are broken for the Admin and Host dropdown menus as well.

And for those that run ActiveForums 4.0.6 -> it will not display thread and any attempt of editing via the control panel will give an unknown error.

My process was upgrading the 4.0.8 release I had everything running fine on - to the 4.0.9 -> 5.x.

I have mainly a simple stock site void of self customizations.
