I want the DNN site to appear at www.clearbio.com. The best I could do is create a directory: dnn3 and make it appear at www.clearbio.com/dnn3. When I pointed 1and1 domain to /dnn3 DotNetNuke no longer worked properly.

What is the best strategy for having the DNN site appear to be at the domain root?

I remember having the same problems getting setup. I think what I did was (1) installed to a virtual directory; (2) create an alias for my domain; and, (3) moved all the files to the root.

It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure this is what I did.
