Really?  I don't like the looks of the CKEditor - it looks a little too.....  well the color choices and color combinations are.....  really searching for the right word here. Myspacey?  Web2.0 deadpoolish??  Sesame Street??

I think RADEditor has the corner on RTE looks.  Really like the black skin and the Sunset skin. Go to Telerik's site and have a look.  Just wish they would make their RTE control a purchaseable DNN module. I emailed them a week or two ago with that suggestion - it sounded like they may consider it.

I totally agree (the green and red buttons are so ugly), but you can switch the skin to the old fckeditor one the "office 2003" skin.

I´m currently trying to migrate the Radeditor skin

I downloaded the editor and installed locally and yes, it's minus the 'browse' button so unless you put the full url in, it's not quite there, however, having said that - it seems that perhaps it's a complete rewrite and structured improvement over the original editor.

I think it will be work in progress but along the lines of the web 2.0 look.

It does look nice and seems to be quite fast, and sure there little things along the way that need to be updated, but remember how far we've come considering the original fck editor that was release all those years ago.

Great effort!

Nina

Currently there is no Browser for the CkEditor, but you can integrade the CKFinder Browser, which is not Free you have to pay for it. But I will include my own Browser and Uploader for the Editor in the next release.
