I do have the Gallery working on my sites.

I removed the businesscontrollerclass data from the Gallery record in the DesktopModules table as spoken of in this thread

I modified the maintenance.ascx page to replace all references of Gallery_HeaderText with just HeaderText as spoken of in this thread

I downloaded the dll to fix the paging issue. Found at

Thanks, I had the same problem and this dll is working great for me too!

Thanks, Chris, for all you do!

The new Forum module works/looks great.  Nice job on the documentation, too.  I'll be installing the new Gallery module as soon as it comes out, too.

A number of such instances in the log file. Is this the same problem as the alias issue? Looks related, perhaps.

Is it recommended to install the dll file from melbournecroatia site?

Our Gallery is going down on about a 24 hour schedule. If I rename one of the physical directories then it looks like it rebuilds and cleans itself up. I did remove the reference to the business class in the database and will see if that makes a lasting difference.

A very keen interest in use of the Gallery here by some users, and so I want to make every effort to keep it up and alive, but am a bit leery about obtaining dll files from hither and yon and pulling them into the mix.

Thanks -

I understand your dilema, but it is never recomended to install a dll from a 3rd party even if that dll is a fix just because we are unable to know what changes without investigating and normally assume the users seeking support are using a release from here.

We should have the gallery finished up this weekend, with testing prior to release starting Monday.  There is no set deadline for the release, but this is the timeframe as it appears now.  Please see my Gallery blog for more details of current status.
