Erik, that is really helpful feedback.  Thank you!  We too have been a long supporter of Ventrian, but agree that NA is falling behind significantly.  That said, I think we have about settled on putting our money on EasyDNNnews moving forward.  I hope the templating isn't too bad and that the StyleWizard will help in this area a bit.  We'll see when we implement our first one this week!  ;-)

Mr. Poindexter -

Be careful if you use bootstrap, that caused a lot of issues with EasyDNN. It may be a different story now, I haven't tried it since August.

Yikes, we use bootstrap in just about every project now.  Hopefully they have fixed that by now.  We'll see - we just purchased the Enterprise license today - first implementation pending this week!  ;-)

Hi David,

I certainly appreciate your thoughts on News Articles. Truth be told, we've had similar concerns/issues. Scott has been really great, but, development has felt slow and the product keeps feeling older. It's a bit frustrating - I almost wish he'd just charge a lot more and then be more active with managing NA. I feel like with a little work, NA could easily win in this list.

Mike, I think DNN development has for the most part always (at least since the early days were over anyway) been a "side bar" for Scott.  ;-)  Truth be told, with the crazy low price points still for most commercial modules, it is very difficult for any developers to focus on it 100%, much less have an actual development team.  There are starting to be a few exceptions surface (i.e., Hotcakes Commerce) and it is a welcome change in my opinion!
