I currently have a DotNetNuke setup with three portals running. I have a favicon.ico file with our custom logo under each of the portals home folders . All three portals are showing the favicon.ico file in the browser just fine.

However when the /ErrorPage.aspx is displayed (located under the DotNetNuke root folder) I still see DotNetNuke's favicon. I tried replacing the favicon at the root DotNetNuke installation folder as well as deleting the DotNetNuke.ico file from the root folder. Even after doing this and trying things like deleting browser cache, I still see the default icon for /ErrorPage.aspx.

Any ideas on how to get this page to show my favicon?

the method you are using seems correct. did you try with a different browser or on a different machine? This really seems like a browser caching issue. obviously if you deleted the original dotnetnuke favicon.ico from the root, it is technically impossible for it to be still displayed. Typically IE has caching issues in this respect
