Hi,

I have just installed 4.0.3 on my hosting service's box... The install run correctly without any error message... I am able to access my portal with both admin and host, and are able to change the passwords.. However, the access time is very slow.

When I log in as Admin, all portals showed but displayed this error: An error has occurred.
Error: Welcome To My Website... is currently unavailable.

When I log in as Host, all portals showed but displayed this error:

So is the database configured incorrectly?  I can see all the scripts and tables created.  And I can modify the password of admin and host... What else can go wrong?  Is it why the website is so slow?

Does this only happen when you login? This is a very odd error that sounds like the DB was re-configured post-install. Has anything changed since the install? You might want to try to re-install from scratch.
