I have noticed that DDN is hard to install on WAMP, or LAMP.
But I really like to stay away from the IIS stuff... anything else that it installs semi easily on?
My idea has been to switch from WAMP to Webmin for quite a while, how well would DDN work on Webmin?

If I can't install it on any of this other software i might create a virtual machine just to test it out, but it would steer me away quite smartly... maybe Joomla would be better... no clue how much it does, and not much idea of what DDN does, too...

Thanks
Smeely

Since DotNetNuke is an ASP.NET based system it has a dependency on IIS/Windows.

I've heard of people in the past using things like "Grasshopper" or similar, but none of those are "supported' nor have I heard of much success.
