@ PowerDNN
Plesk 9.5.5

Just confirmed with the client (and on a dev instance that was set up earlier in the week), this is the ONLY function identified thus far that is causing issues.

Only other specialty (IMO):
Ifinity URL master 2.2.1
Xmod + Xmod forms 3.07

I saw the issue with 3 different apps, 2 on my localhost and one on our hosting server - am using the standar iconbar Control Panel.

However, earlier this morning I installed the upgrade on a DNN app that had only the base folders in the File manager (as a clean install would have) and the issue is not present on that app. I went through the other 3 apps and deleted folders but without being able to synchronize afterwards, that was of no help.

But I have a support item opened at DNN Support and Cathal Connolly is suggesting to use dotnetnuke.log4net.config, which I haven't had time to do yet.

I am also wondering if you've tried disabling Host->Other Settings->Auto-Sync of the File System
