I have a fairly large website running on DNN 5.01 with a really old Solpart menu.  I need to upgrade this menu but upgrading DNN is not an option right now.

I read that the DDRMenu is supported for DNN 4.5 and above.  I was going to have this installed but our programmer had a question - will the DDRMenu, once it's installed, take over the Solpart menu?  I was hoping that it would not, as I would like to set up a test page for myself and style the menu, then I'll apply it to the rest of the site.

Is this possible?  To install DDRMenu, test it, without it wiping out Solpart?  Thank you for your responses.

Basicly it should work if you register the solpart feature of the DDRMenu on the skin ascx control.   On some newer DNN Versions are Major changes that can caused issues with the Skin and needed upgrade the Skin.

So I want to suggest to try it on a stagging System, and try to move to DDRMenu Provider and create a DDR menu.
