Hi,

I'm in contact via email with Locopon, but out of interest, if you switch to BASIC mode the viewstate stores the value between back and next on my module; it's only in Rich Editor mode that it gets lost.

I am seeing the same behavior - in a module that I am currently building - Using (DNN 4.4.0 / FCK 1.0.7)

I am using the .NET Wizard (multi-panel) control, and when the Wizard Active Step changes (causes a postback) - I lose the content in the FCKEditor (this happens when in Rich Text Mode - just as described).  When I set the mode to BASIC - the content remained between Wizard Active Step changes (postbacks).  Out of frustration, I reverted to the FTB editor - and all content did remain in Rich Text Mode between Active Step Changes (postbacks).  My preference is to use the FCK editor as I can customize the toolbar to my requirements - but obviously require the data to persist between postbacks.

I wondered about this in a module I built and was never able to track it down - this gave me some insight - I wonder if the FCK editor provider shouldnt have a hidden text field where the content is put and can be pulled back from - it seems that it doesnt respect the viewstate - maybe I am wrong here?

Hi all and happy new year

I downloaded a demo module from Rod's website. I will be doing some debugging this weekend. (I was far away from my computer)
