I fixed it by installing the Visual Studio Express Visual Basic 2005 program from MS.  I already had Visual Studio Express Web Developer and SQL Server 2005 express installed, but not VB.

That took care of my problem too. My main concern is the TOTAL and ABSOLUTE lack of support from the development team. If you do a search for this error, not only on the DotNetNuke forums, but in Google, you will see that it is a HUGE problem, and it seems like the development team is on a long vacation to some other planet. I just installed version 4.5.1 released yesterday, and the problem is still there. Clueless to say the least... How can they expect a serious following?

By the way... This is not the only problem I have encountered with this software, and the support issue is the same story.
