I just attempted an upgrade and get the following when trying to access the site now.  Please help.  All sites are down until this is either working or I restore the backup.

According to SmartFTP they were...  But, I'm in the process of re-uploading them all now.  I'll let you know if that helps.  Thanks.

I've uploaded the files two more times (just to be sure) and I'm still having the same problem.  If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
