So far DNN 4.4.1 looks better than 4.4.0 for doing a fresh install with (4.4.0 was missing some library files), but I've noticed one minor issue -- in Host or Admin mode, some of the icons (like the one under "Upgrade Available?") are missing and show up as broken images.

A couple q's:
-What are the name & path of the above image file(s) which I need to copy over from previous versions?  And what version should I get it from?
-Is there any other missing elements from 4.4.1 that I should be aware of, if starting a fresh install with it?

cheers :)
