I just performed a clean install of 4.4.1 on a server here and everything appears to be working well, except for the ability to expand and collapse individual web parts. I can collapse a web part on the main page with no problem; however, when I attempt to re-expand nothing happens. It acts as if the client-script is being ignored.

Is there something that I may have missed during the installation? Or possibly some sort of security requirements I need to modify?

Thanks in advance!
