This is my first time trying to install this app, ive been programming for years now so any technical help would be greatly appciated.  i am installing this for the company i work for.

i followed the simple instructions and get the following error.

This error appears to be because you are using v4.0.x on a .NET v1.1 platform.  v4.0.x requires .NET 2. 

If you have installed .NET2 on your machine, then check IIS to make sure that your DNN virtual directory is using it.

I actually get exactly the same error when installing 3.2.2. However, I must admit that I initially installed 4.x before I realised that it was only for ASP 2. Is it possible that I didn't uninstall the v4.x? I only deleted the folder in which the web files are contained.

Oops. Please ignore my previous post. I was typing faster than my brain could think. I thought I was working with the 3.2.2 files, while I was actually working with 4.0.0
