I am running 3.1.1 without major errors or excessive load to my server with about 15 portals using XMod and several other third party modules.  What are the major advantages to upgrading to 3.2X and are there any known issues to look out for. If I choose to upgrade should I upgrade incrementally?

I am still stinging from the upgrade from 2X to 3X where we wound up doing a clean install and starting over.

If it ain't broke...

I think that 3.2 is worth it since it fixes a lot of the bugs and has the nice enhancements (like web farm).

I think I might stick to my instincts.  I will wait for 4 to smooth out some and perform a clean install and charge to migrate.

Not familiar with web farms though... Where can I learn more?
