Hi:

I recently (this morning) did an upgrade from 4.4.1 to 4.5.5.  Made the appropriate changes to the web.config file, etc and the upgrade seems to have gone fine.  However,  When loggin in with my superuser account (host) the host menu item no longer appears (nor does anything show up in any site maps, etc.).  The Admin menu is present.  I checked the database dbo.users and verified that the issuperuser flag is set to true for my login.   Obviously, this is a bit of a problem and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

Thanks in Advance,

Mel

This is a caching error with the DNN 4.5.5 upgrade.

If you add a space to your web.config file (In a non critical section) and save it, it will trigger an application restart and your host menu will come back!
