I have a site that requires lenaguage default to spanish. After I install 4.7.0 and set the site default language to spanish, the site still pulls up in english. Do I have to set any other setting?

for anonymous users, dnn also checks the preferred language as set in the browser. If you set english as preferred language in the browser, dnn will switch to english. You can turn that behaviour off in Admin > Languages, however, it is much more friendly to users to show the site in english if that is their preferred language....
