After going through the install on the server, clicking on finished i received the following error page:

Server Error in '/DNN' Application.

Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: value

This looks like a caching error. restart application (by adding a blank to an end of a line in your web.config file and saving it) and try again.

That did the trick!  Thank you very much!

I should point out that the space i had to do was not default in the default web.config file that was downloaded.

Sorry, But what do you mean by "adding a blank to an end of a line in your web.config file" 

What is a blank?
