how can i install cms dotnetnuke 04.5.1 to root "httpdocs folder"  ?

please note, that DotNetNuke only runs on Microsoft Windows with IIS (Internet Information Server)

First, install a current version instead of 4.5.1.  Upload the install files to the folder you choose, create the database and connection and run the installation as per the docs.

There are still a lot of ISPs that use httpdocs as the root for the web site, especially those that run both Windows and Unix/Linux servers.
