When I access the install url of http://localhost/DotNetNuke_4/Install/Install.aspx, I get the following error

Compilation Error

Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: BC30138: Unable to create temp file in path 'C:\DOCUME~1\MSSQL_~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\': The directory name is invalid.

I have installed this before with no problem so I'm wondering what steps I might be missing. The directory name is valid because I verified it. Please let me know anything that I may be able to do to remedy this. Thank you.

please check the permissions for that folder. AFAIK it not used by DNN but the SQL Server.

I've checked permissions, and I have administrators full control, myself full control, mssql_default full control, and System Full Control. Thank you.

I figured it out. A gave ASP and Network Service account the appropriate permissions.
