I have a working site on my local machine. I migrate the site for the remote host. When trying to access the page with www.mysite.com, I get this message. Please help. Thanks.

did you check whether the connection strings in Web.Config are correct and working?

Yes. the connection strings are correct pointing to the new database on the remote host. The password and user are valid, I tested it conecting directly to the database. What other thing can be?

Hi Lissy,

The NullReferenceException at SkinDefaults.ctor + 189 is due to a missing skinDefaults node in DotNetNuke.config.
