I installed the 4.0.2 on a Win2003 Server instance running on a VMWare.  When I try to browse the new site, I got an error saying "NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE) does not have write access to 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\V2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files'.  I checked the IIS configuration of the site, everything seems to be set correctly. The ASP.Net setting is run on 2.0.50727.  The directory permission is even set to Network Service with Full Control.  In the Web Service Extension, I manually added the ASP.NET V2.0.5727 ISAPI to be allowed. I still have the problem.  Do I really need to configure all these?  The installation does not mention about it.  Without doing so, I simply get "Page Not Found" error upon browsing the Default.aspx.  Can someone help?
