hi I have this Error

any one kow what the problem is?

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.00.02

This is a clear symptom that your ConnectionString is not correct. Either the user does not exist, does not have permissions on that db or maybe you sql installation is using only Windows authentication.
You'd better ask the question on the "Install It!" forum for better help.
